If the borrower does not show or refuses to sign documents, the fee is still due. This fee will equal the full amount of the signing fee and costs. This is to ensure that all documents are correctly prepared and borrowers are well-informed before the Agent's arrival to conduct the signing. NOTE: The fee for service is due in full for completed signing, even if the loan does not funded. Costs are still due if the signing does not occur when the notary arrives or if the appointment is canceled 30 minutes or less before the scheduled time. Wait Time - $105 per hour; Returned Check fee - $35 charge for NSF checks If re-signing is necessary due to Notary error or omission, there is no charge.
